| Invoice: | The calculation follows after the post office way. We reserve the right to deliver license files or keys after receipt of payment for non registered companies, companies aboard or private customers. | |
| User: | The amout of users are for staff members of the same company, department or location respectively. | |
| Upgrades: | Software upgrades are new versions with additional Functions. In general they are liable for costs. | |
| Updates: | Software updates are versions with improvements or patches. They are included within the first year. | |
| Support: | Support is the solution or answer of a technical problem or question regarding applications of EDX Software Design. Software adaptations and configurations of operating system are not included. EDX Software Design offers support only if the software is used under appropriate conditions in an operating system and a hardware environment, for which it is developed and recommended. | |
